Description
The Sand Media Filter System 1 is a skid-mounted pressure filtration system designed to remove remaining organic and inorganic suspended solids from pretreated water before it proceeds to downstream microfiltration and reverse-osmosis treatment. Each system uses four sand-media filter vessels arranged in parallel, is rated for flows of up to 1,000 GPM and includes automatic backwashing to clean the media and maintain filtration performance with reduced operator intervention.
