Descripción
Precision steel Morse taper reducing sleeve marked "4-5", designed to adapt a No. 4 Morse taper (MT4) tool to a No. 5 Morse taper (MT5) machine spindle/socket. The sleeve features a hollow tapered body, internal MT4 socket, external MT5 taper, tang-style end and elongated drift/ejection slot. This style of adapter is commonly used with drill presses, radial drills, boring mills and other machine tools to accommodate tooling with a smaller Morse taper shank.
