The Waldor Industries Vers-A-Belt 12-70 is a heavy-duty continuous horizontal dryer/cooler designed for high-capacity industrial drying and cooling applications. Featuring a 12 ft wide by 70 ft long stainless steel conveyor system, the unit utilizes low-temperature, high-volume airflow to gently process moisture-sensitive products while maintaining product quality. Vers-A-Belt systems are widely used in agricultural, biomass, fertilizer, forestry, feed, compost, hemp, pet food, and recycling industries. This unit includes a complete drying chamber, stainless product contact surfaces, conveyor, burner, blowers, air mixing fans, electrical controls, and intake ducting for a turnkey installation. Wal-Dor's Vers-A-Belt systems are specifically engineered to provide continuous operation with excellent energy efficiency through heat recovery and recirculation.
