Base Assembly: The base has an approximate height of 1980 mm and an internal diameter of 4510mm. All tank base sections manufactured from 8 mm carbon steel. Tank Shell: The ZipaTank shell consists of three strakes, inclusive of the tank base. Higher strakes will be bolted to the tank base, with an approximate height of 1880 mm each. Each strake will consist of three panels, each joined in the vertical direction by a lap plate. Panel thicknesses designed according to API 650 (11th edition). All tank panels manufactured from 6 - 8 mm carbon steel. |
