SHIPPING

We provide all of our customers with shipping quotes from a variety of different vendors to make sure you get the best price on your preferred method of shipping.

SHIPPING TIME
Generally, we ship large items within one week of purchase. Smaller items are often shipped the same day.

After your purchase, a tracking number will be provided. We also offer International shipping for customers outside of Canada.

If there is something wrong with your product, please contact your sales representative to see which warranty level is applicable to your product. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (if applicable).

SHIPPING POLICY
If the item was shipped to the customer, Lenmark does not refund the cost of shipping, and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange return shipping.
