CombyMove is a machine for automatic transfer of raw fibre from the bale to the processing units. Load the fiber inside the machine and CombyMove will automatically feed the other processing machines of the production line. Speed is adjustable and the machine is fully equipped with safety devices and protections for the users.

CombyFlex is a fine opener fiber carding machine. This machine is easy to use and the protection devices always assure the highest safety level for the workers. The raw material loaded on the belt (80mm long) is processed inside the machine and then transferred, by the onboard ventilator, to the next working unit (i.e. Silo).

Grizzly 25 HP - A powerful electric shredding machine designed to process polyurethane and rubber foam wastes, to reduce waste to dispose of and saving at the same time (recycling waste foam into filling materials). The shredded foam is driven out of the machine (i.e. into a Silo) by a powerful fan and foam chip size can be adjusted by using different sizes of outlet meshes. The shredded material is blended with fibre and blown into cushions or pillows to make high-quality yet economical and ecological products.

The Silo Machine is a buffering and mixing machine. The buffering function is conceived to meet the different productivities of the upstream processing machines and downstream filling machines. The mixing function is instead useful when there's the necessity to make a blend of different materials. A versatile machine, it can handle multiple fillings such as shredded foam, feathers and fibre or even a combination of fillings. Due to a combination of its three rotating blades and fan, it is able to allow a constant and continuos flow to the filling machine. The Silo has the function to buffer between higher productivity upstream and lower productivity downstream.

Hurricane

The Hurricane ventilator is a fan which facilitates the flow of the material processed by one fiber/foam processing machines toward the buffer and mixing unit (Silo machine), or from one Silo to another.

Dumbo is an electric machine for filling cushions with short fibre materials like feathers, polyurethane foam chips, wool, resin-bonded products, composites etc. Dumbo can be used both directly connected with sacks containing the filler or with a storage silo. Its vertical opening allows maximum speed and ease of use, together with extremely precise and uniform filling. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic gate valve that permits instant, accurate control when filling cushions.

Kilo is a working table perfectly integrated in the cushion filling line, after the cushion filling machine Dumbo. The Kilo has a wide working surface for cushions under the Dumbo filling spout and the accurate sensor together with the large display allow easy monitoring of the weight. The conveyor and the ventilator fan return any excess filling material (fibre, foam chips, feathers, etc.) from the cushion or Dumbo spout back to the Silo, always keeping the working area clean.
