Crusher Fabrication

  1. All steel, HD fabricated construction with one motor mount
  2. Crusher Base is 2" A36 steel plate
  3. Four corner base-reinforcing gussets with lifting eyes, 2" thick
  4. 44" circular receiving hopper with feed diverter plate and two hopper wedge locks
  5. Cast steel heavy-duty feed tube assembly with feed diverter
  6. Two-piece autogenetic crushing chamber with 16 deep well pockets & AR gusset protectors
  7. One 30" 4- port, 14" open-sided rotor with all wear parts and taper lock
  8. Oil lubricated main shaft assembly with radial bearings and oil lines
  9. Oil lubrication system complete with oil tank, oil pump and safety devices
  10. Fabricated support frame with four self-centering laminated rubber isolation mounts
  11. ACME thread, single-shaft v-belt adjustment rod and tensioner
  12. Hydraulically lifted feed hopper assembly with lift cylinder and hydraulic ram
