This Modular Arctic Corridors Package ("Utilidors") consists of heated, elevated passageways designed to connect buildings in cold climates, providing protected pathways for people and essential services. These modular structures are made up of cladded sections measuring 20m in length, 4m in width, and 3m in height, with a total system footprint of 1,700m2. Each section is equipped with integrated piping and cable trays to support the safe and efficient routing of electrical and communication lines, as well as the transportation of water, sewage, fire suppression systems, and water-glycol heating. The modular design ensures adaptability to various site layouts while maintaining year-round functionality in extreme environments.

30 days As-Is: Products with a 30 Days As-Is term of sale can be returned for a full-refund. Return freight to Lenmark is the responsibility of the customer. The product is not tested and there is no warranty.
As-Is: The products are sold on an As-Is, with all faults, basis. No refunds or returns will be issued.
Lenmark Limited Warranty
Lenmark offers 30 Days warranty on select products. Product with a limited Warranty have been tested, where applicable, and the nature of the working condition of the product is disclosed to the customer. At Lenmark’s discretion the product:
May be returned for a refund, in which case the return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
May be repaired to the condition at time of sale, in which case any service call mileage is the responsibility of the customer.
