Thermal Processing Technology

The TC-3000 utilizes Jentek's patented cascading soil treatment process. Contaminated soil is introduced into a multi-stage thermal processor where material passes through three separate treatment chambers. Soil is repeatedly spread into a cascading curtain pattern, maximizing heat transfer and contaminant removal efficiency while maintaining a compact footprint.

The processor operates under negative pressure, preventing uncontrolled emissions and directing vaporized contaminants through a multi-stage emissions treatment system before atmospheric discharge.

The system is designed to process petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soils while preserving soil structure and supporting future site redevelopment.

Environmental Performance

The TC-3000 is engineered to meet stringent air quality requirements and incorporates multiple stages of emissions control:

  1. Integrated Thermal Oxidizer
  2. Multi-Cyclone Dust Separation
  3. Cartridge Filtration System
  4. Negative Pressure Processing
  5. Optional Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS)
  6. Adjustable Thermal Oxidizer Residence Time
  7. Remote Emissions Monitoring Capability

Typical VOC destruction efficiency is reported at up to 99%+ depending on project parameters and regulatory requirements.
